Today’s the day! Registration for the 2015 B-School session is now open. You‘ll participate in an 8-week training session, and you’ll gain access to a wonderful community to support you well beyond the initial course.
Oh, and if you sign up from one of the partner links on this page, I’ll be part of your support team. In teaming up with Marie, I wanted to make sure that I’m also available to anyone who has a question or needs guidance in getting underway. I don’t usually offer any form of coaching services, so joining B-School from a link on this page is the only way to get that.
To make it even more exciting, you can also get a number of bonuses, including a 365-day email series from me, and a special invitation to an exclusive event. Details below.
A Pretty Soft Pitch
First, a note on this process: I’m not going to give you a huge sales pitch. The training is legit. It will help you in developing a business idea and growing a business—and if some reason it doesn’t, there’s a money-back guarantee.
I also know that lots of other affiliates are doing lots of other things, from offering the naming rights to their firstborn or promising to show up and clean your house. That’s fine—but you know what? The bonuses aren’t the reason to sign up for something like B-School. Don’t let these offerings make your decision.
You shouldn’t sign up for the course to get the bonuses (either these or any others). You should sign up if the message resonates and you’re ready to take real action on your business idea. That’s the whole point… nothing else.
Okay, Let’s Have Some Fun!
Even though the course itself is why you should consider signing up for B-School (whether from my link or directly from Marie), I wanted to do something extra-special as a thank-you. When you register, you’ll get everything listed below—no need to pick and choose!
1. Empire Building Kit, complete version, revised edition.
A few years ago, I created a comprehensive lifestyle business course that would go on to launch a bestselling book and serve thousands of people. It’s called the Empire Building Kit (EBK), and is best known for the ambitious 365-day email series—a different lesson sent to your inbox every day for an entire year.
According to my email provider, this was the longest follow-up sequence in history. More important is what the email sequence and other materials contained: a blueprint for building a lifestyle business:
- 365 lessons (one per day for an entire year), all designed to help you build a business that works for you
- Case studies from 15 wise emperors who earn $50,000 to $150,000 a year in net income, and have no more than three employees
- A behind-the-curtain look at the Unconventional Guides business operations (income, sales figures per launch, screw-ups, and how one decision increased our revenue by 25% last fall
By signing up for B-School, you’ll get complimentary access to EBK— the highest version, which sells in the shop (and still sells) for $449. I’ve never given it away or used it as a bonus before.
We’re also working on revising EBK to ensure it’s 100% relevant for today’s environment. Of course, you’ll get access to the latest tools and lessons—and you’ll also get free updates for life.
But wait, there’s more…
2. Three months of Adventure Capital, an online marketing course.
EBK is a comprehensive, year-long resource that will serve you well and compliment the work you’re doing in B-School. But I’ll also give you access to an additional training course that will specifically help with marketing.
Adventure Capital is an intensive, 12-month series of modules. Each month, you’ll receive a new module focusing on detailed strategies and tactics you can apply in your business.
Tuition is normally $150 a month—but not for you. When registering for B-School, we’ll provide three free months of access to Adventure Capital, complete with three instructional modules, several case studies, and additional support along the way.
If you’d like to continue after the three months are up, you can—but there’s no obligation. You’ll learn a ton in the first three months and it will complement the other work you’re doing in B-School.
And still more…
3. Signed, first-edition copies of The $100 Startup and The Happiness of Pursuit.
At some point soon, we’ll be selling a few signed, first-edition copies of The $100 Startup. If you sign up for B-School, there’s no need to buy them—we’ll send you one free—along with another signed, first-edition copy of my latest book, The Happiness of Pursuit.
First-editions are no longer available from retailers or the publisher. It’s a keepsake for your new (or growing) business as you go through the course.
Oh, one more thing…
4. Join us this fall for an in-person experience.
Last year I worked with a great team to kickstart Pioneer Nation, an all-new gathering of independent entrepreneurs. Our inaugural event drew hundreds of people to Portland, and we’ll be doing it again this fall.
Registration is not currently open, and it won’t be open (except to alumni of the first event) for several months as we’re currently focusing on plans for WDS 2015. If signing up for B-School, however, you’ll receive guaranteed admission and $100 off the regular price for the event. In short, we’ll do everything we can to make sure you can join us.
The first Pioneer Nation was a wonderful experience. If you like the idea of the online course but also crave a local community, this will help—and I’ll see you in October!
As mentioned several times, I think that B-School will help a lot of people. You should consider signing up if you resonate with the videos and like the idea of ongoing support throughout the year. Bonuses are great, but you could also sign up direct with Marie if you prefer.
There’s certainly no pressure either way, and if you’re just not into it, that’s also fine—I’m thrilled to write the blog and connect with lots of great people.
Oh, and if you do sign up, send me a note—I’d like to know who you are. 🙂
