A Few Things In the Mix: WDS Ticket Sales, New Travel Guide, and Places I’ll Be

Hey everyone!

Greetings from the skies, where I’m currently en route to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Over the past two months I’ve been on the road to 35+ cities. It’s been quite the adventure, and there’s more to come. Today I wanted to let you know about a few specific things that are coming up.

I. WDS 2015 Ticket Sales (Tuesday, November 11)

Every summer, a small team and I work together to produce a global gathering like no other. We call it WDS, and it now includes thousands of people who travel to Portland to participate.

This week-long gathering is one of the things I’m most proud of, and next summer is our five-year anniversary.

A ton of people have been asking about ticket sales, and I now have the answer: we’re going to open up the first round of public registration next Tuesday, November 11. I’d love for you to join us!

The best way to be informed about the precise ticket sale timing is to join the waiting list. (We’ll release all tickets on a first-come, first-served basis, but those on the list get the first heads-up.)

II. New Travel Guide (AKA “How to experience luxury travel on a budget”)

At every stop on the tour, I’ve been hearing stories from readers who have put our travel hacking resources to good use and gone on to take a big trip for nearly free. I love these stories!

With that in mind, our small team has been working on a brand-new Unconventional Guide that’s all about obtaining luxury travel experiences on a budget. We’re really excited about this and it will go live soon.

We’ll also be launching this with a special bonus for the first group of buyers, and I’ll let you know more about that in a few days.

III. Places I’ll Be (D.C., Reno, Mexico, Dallas…)

I’ll be speaking at the mega Frequent Traveler University in December. I spoke at a previous iteration a while back and had a great time. This “bigger and better” one looks, well, bigger and better.

I’ll also be in Reno. Oh, and Mexico too. And we added Dallas to the tour schedule, because … why not.

If you’re in any of these places, please say hi!

Everyone else, thanks so much for reading AONC. You guys are the best… and I hope to see you somewhere!
