Out Now: My Book, Time Anxiety ⏳
Friends and readers,
I’m thrilled to announce my new book: “Time Anxiety: The Illusion of Urgency and a Better Way to Live” is out now.
I’d love if you’re able to purchase a copy—supporting authors during launch week is especially important, because it shows booksellers that people actually still like books.
You can order now from your local bookstore (always a great option!) or your choice of online retailers:
The UK/Commonwealth edition launches on Thursday. For readers in other regions, order from your favorite local store or Amazon site.

What Is Time Anxiety?
Time anxiety is that persistent feeling that time is running out, that there’s never enough time for the things that matter, and that nagging sense there’s something important you should be doing right now—but you’re not sure what it is.
Sound familiar? You’re definitely not alone.
This book explores both the existential side (“Time is running out in my life”) and the daily side (“There’s not enough time in the day”) of time anxiety. But most importantly, it offers practical strategies to help you:
- Overcome the fear of running out of time
- Reduce chronic indecisiveness about how to spend your time
- Face busy days with purpose rather than panic
- Look to the future with hopefulness, not trepidation
I don’t always feel proud of things, but in this case I do. It’s the book I’ve wanted to write for at least five years—and I hope you find it helpful! 🙏
The Book Tour: Thanks for Coming Out!
The 10-city book tour wrapped up in May 2026, Portland, Houston, LA, St. Louis, Phoenix, Nashville, Tampa, Austin, plus a few additions along the way. Thank you to everyone who showed up, brought friends, and shared their own stories about time anxiety. It was meaningful to meet you in person.
If you missed it but want to keep the conversation going, the Time Anxiety hub has the full essay, FAQs, and links to related writing.
Last but not least, thank you for being part of my world. Whether you’ve been following my work for years or this is the first you’re hearing from me in some time, I appreciate you being here!
Hope you’ve been well—and I hope we can be in touch more in the near future!
