Happy Thanksgiving from the Art of Non-Conformity

thanksgiving

Friends and readers, I’ve returned home to Portland, Oregon just in time for Thanksgiving.

I try to live a life of gratitude every day, so I don’t have much to say about the Thanksgiving holiday in general.

U.S. readers, enjoy the pie! Canadians, congratulations on beating us to it a month in advance. Everyone else, this is the day when you have the internets to yourself. Enjoy them.

I wish you well, and I’ll see you soon. Remember that our new Unconventional Guides site is open and ready to go. The 8% discount expires on Tuesday at midnight.

Welcome home, Chris. Enjoy your Thanksgiving and can’t wait to hear more about your recent travels.

Today is a day of reflection for me. Although I try to show gratitude daily, I love Thanksgiving because it gives me the chance to reflect back on the year and show gratitude for the larger blessings in my life, the ones I may have missed because of all the small stuff.

Thanks for such an awesome blog. It, along with a very few other notable blogs, has inspired me to step outside my comfort zone this year and to push my boundaries in a very good way. In turn, the small changes I have made this year has resulted in big life changes that have made me an inspiration to those around me. I didn’t see that coming. That’s something to be grateful for, for sure. 🙂

    So, thanks. And Happy Thanksgiving!
