Posted by Chris Guillebeau under Products, Site UpdatesIf you're new here, you may want to learn what this site is about. I encourage you to subscribe to my RSS feed or sign up for free email updates. Thanks for visiting!
Coming to you from Seattle, Washington, but written during visits to at least seven countries, today I’m happy to bring you my second information product.
It’s called the Unconventional Guide to Working for Yourself: Creating Personal Freedom through a (Very) Small Business.
In the short-term, it’s all about earning an extra $200 a month, potentially several times over.
In the long-term, it’s also about freedom and breaking away from the tyranny of a job.
The product is a 53-page online guide and three 25-minute audio teaching sessions. Of course, it’s professionally designed, contains all great content like you have come to expect, and all updates will be free for six months.
Read the details or order your own copy here. Thanks!

Hi Chris,
Quick (theoretical) question … what if one has the $$ to purchase the book right now, but not the extras. Will it be possible to purchase the extras as a stand-alone at some future date?
Just wondering …

Was there still a discount for purchasers of the Discount Airfare guide? I see the discount field but I don’t know the code.

@Christy,
I’m not 100% sure what I’ll do with the additional material in the long-term, but for this week (and at least most of next), I’ll have it available for those who want it.
Also, just so everyone is aware, the additional material really is additional. You don’t need it to get started with everything else; it’s strictly for those interested in the two other concepts.
@Ted,
Yes, you should have received it by email. I’ll remail you now, but if someone else who purchased the UGDA (or is on the newsletter list) didn’t get it, let me know.

Hi Chris!
I bought the guide today. It makes really a great first impression to me. Unfortunately I don’t have time to work with it during the next two weeks. But I will give you a feedback once I’ve done it.
bw!

Hi Chris,
Well, my (far) better half and I went through your ebook last night (haven’t had time for the audio portions or the SEO bit yet), and we’re actively formulating a plan. We will use the actual link within the text to engage the more formal feedback process, but I thought a quick note here (as a comment) would be a nice interim step.
As mentioned before, I would not characterize this as a “one stop shop” for starting a micro-biz. It is, however, rife with action-oriented ideas that will help those little nuggets that have been bubbling (or perhaps festering) in the back of your mind find the light of day.
So first step taken. On to step two!
