Wow. I know that this comment comes far too late in the history of this blog to matter but, this was the best article I have read thus far on your site. It was actionable, inspirational and filled with examples. I particularly liked the characteristics of the army section. Thanks.

Great post. If there was ever a time where recruiting and leading an army was a necessity, now’s the time. Especially since the only real barrier is our own fear of the first step.
